Guest：I stayed at Aetas Lumphini Hotel for 4 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to key areas and public transport, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travel. The service standards were good, staff were polite and helpful, and for the price paid, the stay was definitely worth the money. One standout bonus was the complimentary minibar, which was a nice and thoughtful touch that added value to the stay and is not always offered by hotels in this category. That said, to stay competitive with other 5-star hotels, there are a few areas where improvements could be made: An automated curtain system would enhance comfort and align better with luxury expectations. It would be more practical to have a master light switch near the room entrance, instead of only at the bedside table. Replacing the soap bar with a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom would feel more modern and hygienic. Providing two tissue boxes placed at different areas of the room (e.g. bathroom and bedroom) would improve convenience. Overall, Aetas Lumphini Hotel offers a comfortable stay with good service and location, and with a few modern upgrades, it could easily match the standards of top-tier 5-star hotels.

Guest：Overall the staying experience is okay. The breakfast has various choice but more towards 4 star rating food range. The cleanliness at the jacuzzi is quite bad as you can see from the picture. The stain and dirt are all from the jacuzzi jet head. The housekeeping team should put some effort in cleaning the jet heads. The service of the crew is receptive and engaging. The location is convenient as it is accross one Bangkok mall.
